1. Copyright Notice

We do not host, control, or own any streaming media, video files, or copyrighted broadcasts. Our service provides access framework and routing tools. However, we take copyright violation reports seriously and will block access to specific routing endpoints if proven to violate IP laws.

3. Reporting Procedure (Takedown Request)

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement:

  • Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (providing the exact URL or IP).

4. Counter Notification

If you believe that your access was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent including your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury.

6. Processing Time & Abuse Reporting

Standard processing time for verified DMCA takedowns is 24-48 business hours. Please note that submitting a false or abusive DMCA claim may result in legal liability. We actively pursue damages against fraudulent takedown requests.
